Overview of the issues
- Public Safety
- "Crime and public safety are a serious concern in the City of Fresno. While we can only control some of the factors contributing to crime rates, we can control how we solve the problem in our community." (read more)
- Air Quality
- "Air pollution is not a problem that ends at our city limits. We must lead a joint effort with local school districts as well as Fresno County to purchase clean-air municipal buses in order to significantly reduce emissions. By joining other public entities, we can maximize our purchasing power and substantially reduce the cost to the taxpayer." (read more)
- Economic Development
- "Henry T. Perea believes that Fresno needs a competitive strategy for economic development, workforce development and small business growth in order to thrive in the 21st century economy." (read more)

I can't speak for Henry T., but as a Millennial I try to avoid reference to my age frequently; I'd rather someone focus on what I've been able to do, and what I will be able to do, rather than the number of years I've been alive to do it.
That said, your question about what he's done outside of City Council is common—I wish I had some insight, but I moved here while he was already in office.
Why is it so hard for Henry T Perea to tell people his age? It becomes an issue when you try to hide it or avoid the subject, and while we are at it, what jobs did Henry have before he became a city council member?
What experience in anything did he have before riding the waves of his dads name to become a city council member and now a run for mayor?
Can anyone answer these question? I am truly interested.
